Bring your BPMN maps. Find what to fix in them.
Import BPMN files, with a count of what came across and what didn't.
No card needed
From SAP Signavio, ARIS, Bizagi, Camunda or bpmn.io: one file, several, or a zip of up to 50. A counted report tells you what came across and what didn't, before anything is added. Keep your repository. Analyse here, export back to BPMN.
What carries over.
Lanes and pools become roles
Each step keeps who does it, so the People view shows the same swimlanes you had.
Decisions become named branches
Gateways fold into branches, with the condition written on the arrow: “if this, then that”.
Sub-processes open out
Their steps join the map, along with waits (timers and other catch events) and the notes on each task.
The import is a straight translation: no AI reads your files. Times, systems and pain aren't in BPMN, so you add them as you review. Fill in a few asks for the missing times, biggest impact first. That's what the numbers run on.
The honest import report
It says what didn't come across, and why.
Every import lands on a check screen first. It counts what came across and lists what was left out, with the reason, so nothing disappears quietly. Fix anything obvious there; everything stays editable on the map afterwards.

After the import
Your maps show the steps. Entrilla tells you which to fix and which checks to keep.
Add the times as you review, press Analyse, and every pain point is tagged Waste, Protective or Real work. On the Team plan, the worst step gets three ways to fix it, each saying how big a job it is (small, medium or large) and worked out at your own rates. Waste, Protective and Real work map to non-value-added, business-value-added and value-added.

Chase approval by email Waste10 h a week: 75 invoices × 8 min
- Nowsmall job
Send bills for approval inside the accounting system you already use; managers approve there, not by email.
6 h a week✓ Runs on what you have
- 80/20medium job
Approval rules by amount and supplier, set in the accounting system. Bills under a threshold you choose (say A$500), still matched to order and docket, go straight through; bills over A$5k go to a second approver.
8 h a week
- Ideallarge job
Managers approve from their phone or Teams with the matched order attached, and reminders go out automatically.
9.5 h a week
Demo: Coastline Trading Co. (fictional company). All three stay under the step's 10 hours.
Maps that stay true.
The people who run each step check it from their phone. Change a step and its tick drops, flagged Changed since it was confirmed. Set a re-check and Entrilla shows when a review is due.
Coming from Nintex Process Manager (Promapp)?
It has no BPMN export. Export each process as Word or PDF and upload it through Describe it: the AI reads the document and drafts the steps, and you check them on the same screen before anything is added.
And if you leave later.
Export everything, any time. Every process map, version, note and attachment in one file, on every plan. Any single process downloads as a .bpmn file too, for whichever tool comes next.
Already documented in Scribe?
Paste a public Scribe share link, or upload its HTML or Markdown export. The steps come across with their screenshots, ready for you to add times and see what each timed step costs.
Moving more than 50 maps?
Send them across in batches of 50; the import report counts each batch. Chat with our team at support@entrilla.com.
